Success Chess is always looking for good chess instructors who live in the South San Francisco Bay Area and love working with children.  We also seek individuals with superior management and computer skills to supervise chess programs.

We prefer individuals:

* who have experience teaching children
* who have a passion for chess

We need people:

* who are available after 2 or 3 PM during the week to teach in a school
* who can travel outside their home city

We offer:

* superior payment of $40 to $70 per class (60 to 90 minutes)
* teacher training through meetings, books, workshops and on site apprenticeships

We require:
* you to be fingerprinted for a background check
* a TB test

We do not require:
* a restrictive contract
* secrecy about our methodology

We want:
* individuals who are passionate about improving their own chess in order to transfer this knowledge to children
* individuals who can make chess fun for children of all ages
* individuals who can follow the SCS program with beginners and who have enough knowledge of chess to create their own curriculum with advanced players
* individuals who will be punctual to their assignments
* individuals who can present chess as a fun game as well as an academic endeavor
